As a Director at Home Improvement South Africa Group, Mzingisi has spearheaded a ground-breaking national project focused on modernizing, retrofitting, and formalizing a multi-million-dollar township backyard settlement. This initiative sets a new standard for urban development in these areas. His ability to navigate the complexities of such a large-scale project has led to successful collaborations with world-renowned corporate entities and higher-level institutions, securing them as key partners.
His academic achievements include a Diploma in Finance and Accounting from Birnam Business College, obtained in 1996, and a Higher Certificate in Business Management from Mancosa, completed in 2023. These qualifications have equipped him with essential financial management and business skills, enhancing his capacity to lead and manage organizational challenges.

Busisiwe Zulu
The fearfully and wonderfully Busisiwe Zulu, born Twala, matriculated at Mncube Secondary School. First employed by Dr SJ Skosana at the Drs Rooms, later developed an interest in the corporate world and in operating computers and had an opportunity to serve in the financial fraternity of more than 10 corporate companies in South Africa.
Moreover, she is a Unisa alumni holding a Diploma in Business Management, from Unisa School of Leadership, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Education.
She is the Director at Beacon of Change Foundation, holding a Health portfolio.
Ayanda Mqilingwa
A highly motivated and active member of the community and a keen health environmentalist. Dedicated to creating sustainable and safe communities. Proven track record in transforming spaces and implementing effective environmental health awareness and participating in safety programs as a community police forum advocate.
Further also passionate about promoting accountability on those responsible for maintenance of our infrastructure and environment, through collaborative leadership, creativity and innovative solutions.

- Developed and implemented comprehensive environmental health programs to improve community health outcomes
- Collaborated with stakeholders (JRA) Johannesburg Roads Agency, to ensure and implement sustainable infrastructure projects.
- Ensured compliance with environmental health regulations and standards with Johannesburg City Parks and Pikitup waste mangers.
Matriculation in 1992, equipped with Negotiations, Secretarial, Critical Thinking and Emotional intelligence skills to efficiently contribute to the execution of his responsibilities.
Achievements - Successfully initiated a request for a Satellite Police Station for our area, negotiated it's hosting at Eyethu Lifestyle Shopping Centre. Resulting in the center stakeholders agreeing to host the Satellite police station.
Busisiwe Mathenjwa
Busisiwe Mathenjwa, Director of Enterprise Development at Beacon of Change Foundation, is an accomplished businesswoman with over a decade of managerial experience across various industries, including retail, event management, quality control, and data collection.
At Big O Trading Enterprise, she excelled in project coordination, customer service, supplier management, and financial oversight. Busisiwe's strong track record includes successfully managing projects, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining robust client relationships.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry from Mangosuthu University of Technology. These qualifications, coupled with her extensive work experience, provide her with a deep understanding of business processes and analytical skills.
Busisiwe’s career is defined by her dedication to excellence, attention to detail, and adaptability. Her versatility shines through in her roles as an Events Manager, Data Collector, and Store Manager Intern, where she consistently demonstrated her leadership abilities. With a strong foundation in business acumen, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to quality assurance, Busisiwe is an invaluable asset to any organization.
